This notice describes how PaidAds.dev handles information submitted through this website and the Black Friday partner program.
Information you provide
Applications contain your name, work email, brand and website, ecommerce platform, advertising spend range, optional performance metrics, campaign plans, and requested creative support. We use this information to review fit, communicate about your application, and prepare an agreed test.
Storage and service providers
The website is hosted on Vercel. Application and workspace information is stored in Supabase. Transactional messages use Resend when email delivery is configured. Access to internal applications and notes is restricted to authorized administrators.
Browser storage and security
The application form stores an unfinished draft in your browser for up to seven days. A successful submission clears that draft. You can remove it at any time using the form’s clear-draft control or your browser settings. Admin sign-in uses essential authentication cookies. The application also uses hashed request identifiers for rate limiting and records operational audit events.
Performance information
Campaign information is entered manually or imported by an authorized administrator in the initial release. Connecting advertising or ecommerce accounts requires separate authorization. Public sample creatives and metrics are illustrative, and do not describe actual customers.
Retention and requests
Information is retained as needed to review applications, operate partnerships, and keep relevant business records. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the contact page. Existing partners may reply to their founder correspondence. Requests are reviewed before records are changed or disclosed.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit an application and can leave optional performance fields blank. Applying does not authorize advertising spend, connect an ad account, or accept a performance-fee contract.
